Bos P Gillis Avenue Ridgwav, Pennsylvania 15853 Attention Mr. Ed Zaeharias Gentletaen: We have written to all of our lining vendors at least twice previously cautioning regarding lining dust in the rivet holes, and lining dust in bores as received from vendors. This condition in the past has lead to union grievances and threats of being reported to OSKA. Now we have again encountered this condition and it is extremely disturbing to us considering you have been advised previously, and we have also gone to a great deal of expense to keep cur air clean in these areas of operation. Again for those of you who are in compliance we are most appreciative, but if there are improvements necessary in your area of operation we request they be acted on immediately. Aa we told you before the health and-safoty of our employees is pur primary objective at tho Brake Plant. On the above basis and having been forewarned we feel that any encounter with excessive dust in the future will be grounds for rejection and return at your expense to make the material acceptable.
