This is the area of the wall that leaked during our recent hurricane. This treatment consists of an application of 2 ply asbestos felts and 3 applications of asbestos fibered flashing cement. The new roof shall be 4 ply asphalt and gravel roof complete with new composition flashing at parapet and the following sheet metal items: 26 gauge galvanized iron gutter (4" x 4" box) 26 gouge galvanized iron downspout 26 gauge galvanized iron base flashing 26 gauge galvanized iron heater vent Lead roof drain flashings Lead vent pipe flashings We also propose to furnish new siding on one of the pent houses.
