Do you want to have a staff pre-meeting so you ail know what our CEOs will be telling the Administrator on June 19? If so, we need to do it early the week of June 5. We've got our CEO conference in Boston the week of June 12. If you want us to coordinate this with someone else in your shop, please let me know. You've got a lot on your plate, and I don't want to bug you. Thanks.

Subject: Action Required: Report for Fingerprinting
Dear Veronica Darwin:
The EPA requires that you be fingerprinted as a condition of employment. The Personnel Security Branch has been asked to initiate a background investigation for you. Before we can do this, you must be fingerprinted.
It's important that you visit an EPA badge office as soon as possible. It usually takes between 3 and 5 business days to receive fingerprint results. The EPA may need to receive favorable fingerprint results before you can move forward in the security process.
The EPA has badge offices nationwide. You can visit any badge office to be fingerprinted.
Please find a convenient location on the list of
3ge Office Locations. If you need to
schedule an appointment, or if you have questions about badge office locations or hours of
operation, please call your area badge office at the listed number.
Please bring a copy of this email with you.
At your appointment, we will:
Ask to see a valid, original, unexpired state or federal government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
Collect a set of fingerprints. Your fingerprints will be used to check criminal history records of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Please Note: Procedures for obtaining changes, corrections or updates to an FBI identification record are set forth in Title 28, CFR, 16.34.

Subject: Round Table with Scott Pruitt June 20th
Ryan Jackson.vcf
Ryan,
Let me say again how proud AES Shady Point and Oklahoma are of you, Andy, Ken, Scott and others representing business and industry at the EPA. I still have a poster picture of Scott being sworn in on my office door that hangs with pride.
I want to ask a small favor if you or Ken happens to attend an upcoming meeting with Scott Pruitt and the "Business Counsel of International Understanding" next Tuesday the 20th to be held at the US Chamber of Commerce. Brian Miller of the AES Corporation will be with the Business Counsel group for a small round-table with Scott, and Brian Miller of AES Corp in trying to make a connection with Scott will mention AES Shady Point in Oklahoma as well as Lundy Kiger.
The Favanted to ask if you get the opportunity if you can mention to Scott prior to that meeting that Brian Miller plans to mention to Scott about AES Shady Point and Lundy Kiger from (Poteau) Oklahoma, to help remind Scott of our company in Oklahoma.
As a reminder AES Shady Point sells all electrical output to OGE and we also purchase Oklahoma coal from Farrell Cooper Mining and Scott knows both of these companies well.
I met with Scott on two occasions the year prior to him leaving the AG's office but it was with Dennis Adkins setting up the meeting and attending and as you know Dennis' popularity may have overshadowed me even being at the meeting. But seriously, if you can make Scott aware, or if you, Ken or Andy happens to attend this meeting if you can acknowledge AES Shady Point to Brian Miller that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and hope to see you soon.
Lundy Kiger
