25, 1991 for a settlement conference. At that tim Lt emerged that productive discussions must await further clarif cation of the
status of the parties. With this in mind, the dburt orders as
follows:
1. On or before July 12, 1991 the plaintiff w .11 report to this court, in writing, regarding the status of current defendants Conoco and Union Carbide.
2. Also by that date, the plaintiff will cdi ey to the

like. If plaintiff is relying on more thar ne theory
