Dear Sir,
t,, when the poor quality of Ho. 3 fibre canu* to your notice, you instructed Hr. 'Test to have Sir* Wallace inepeot all 7To* 3 fibre shipped to John Hansville.
Since the quality of Ho. 3 now being produced is muoh better than the maximum of Bf. stone and dust set as the limit, we feel that this is no longer necessary* it takes a great deal of Kr* w'allftee,a time, which can be more profitably spent on his regular duties, and we feel that we can maintain our present standard of production*
.............. We feel, however, that all shipments of No. 1 and No. Z fibre representing production accumulated prior to January 1st, 1951# should be thoroughly Inspected before shipment*
We would appreciate if you would instruct 2ir. 7est accordingly*
Yours faithfully.
