j... we went to court, where environmental groups challenging the Bureau of Land Management's stay of the Obama-era regulation limiting venting and flaring of "waste" {methane are asking a federal court to grant summary judgment against the stay, (arguing that the bureau's action violates the law by its "plain terms."
