Through clinical data there and experimental research at Saranac Laboratory, our knowledge has increased through the years to the point that we currently recognize the potentials involved, particularly in flux- calcined material and the attendant conversion to cristobalite form of silica. The particular problem of the moment is that of determining a method of presentation of our. current knowledge to our plani employees. We have been thinking in terms of a pictorial, graphic, lecture presentation to our employees in fairly large groups. Before embarking on this method, however, it would be desirable if we might gain from the experience of others who have employed this or other methods. ' .
