The following information was obtained verbally from Tom Gaal unless otherwise noted.
Process Description: Zenith Energy is a storage terminal in Cleveland, Ohio. Zenith Energy stores petroleum products that are loaded and unloaded by truck and barge. All the bulk storage tanks have capacities over l 0,000 bbls, and either have fixed moves or internal floating roofs. Petroleum products stored at the facility include ultra-low sulfur diesel, glycerin, methanol, bio feed stock, and transmix.
Staff Interview: Some of the tanks including the methanol tank at the facility are leased to another company.

EPA toured the facility: Yes
Photos and/or Videos: were taken during the inspection. FLIR camera videos - Appendix A Rim vents on bulk storage tanks were found leaking. A conservation vent was also found leaking on the methanol tank.
