On checking further we learned that Hawaii has a two-house legislature that adjourned on April 11. The state senate had 1733 bills introduced and 81 passed. The state legislature worked harder with 1990 bills introduced and 136 passed. The Washington contact that supplied this information has only a numerical listing of these 3723 bills and their content and will "eyeball" to see if the bill in question can be located. It is obviously too late for any input on the bill this year. Hopefully it died somewhere in committee but we will continue to track to get the true situation defined.
