Attachment one is a data sheet on vinyl chloride published by the American Industrial Hygiene Association which is a good general reference. Attachments two and three are information papers furnished by the Society of the Plastics Industry which should provide useful background information. Attachment four is a booklet on vinyl chloride published by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. These collective documents should provide the background in formation you need to provide "training in a program relating to the hazards of vinyl chloride and precautions for its safe use", per the OSHA VCM Standard. Paragraph (j) of the Standard /29CFR1910.1017(jj7 spells out the specific training requirements.
