Harris March 28, 1991 VISTA The Bleeder Valve Survey of all the Vinyl Chloride lines was completed on March 27, 1991, as required by EPA Subpart V Regulations. Only one bleeder valve was found unplugged. The unplugged valve was found in the Old Module on the east end of the North Batch Hater Stripper. The appropriate persons have been informed and the valve is in the process of being plugged.
