French Beeves, Vice President and Treasurer 1. W. Gardiner* Vice President Morris H. Merritt* Secretary the meeting was called to order by Mr. S. French Beeves, who presided, and Mr. Morris H. Merritt reported the minutes of the meeting. The minutes of our meeting of March 6 were read and approved. Hr. Beeves reported that he had received authorisation from the superintendent of police in Philadelphia to permit the operation of our oil mill on every other Sunday. Upon the recommendation of our sales department and with the approval of the Factory Manufacturing Committee an application was approved for an appropriation of $1391.50 for the installation of vacuum equipment in our oil mill to produce lighter colored special linseed oils as this equipment will enable ue to compete better for special linseed oil business.
