Subject: WCSR advice PFAS / TOP assay
Hi
and
,
During our meeting yesterday (about VITO PFAS analytics report), VITO said that they are not ok with the TOP -assay
(total oxidizable).
However, I just attended EEA/EIONET meeting, where DE said that they are finalising a project for standardizing the test,
use it, and that DIN is working on that.
This brings back my fears, even more that now we see that VITO is making the study about analytics for the restriction dossier.
Maybe we should request an advice to DE scientists on that aspect that will brought to the WCSR together with VITO report, for a focussed opinion of the committee?
