One of your representatives recently visited our Refinery and advised that unless we were going to install tank car unloading equipment at this time, it would be necessary for us to put a concrete rinsing olatform under our whole drum holding rack, together with a fey/ other minor changes, which in the total would aggregate S' rather large expense.
