Therefore, 1 requested advice from the .Corporate Employee Relations Department and have been advised by Roy Keeney that such employee should be advised in writing that he has the condition, that our doctor has advised him not to continue in this work, that we have no position which is suitable, and that he should therefore seek other employ ment.
