In reply to your December 16 letter, may we inform you that benefits under the Group Health Contract expired April 13, 1929, having been paid in full.
Mr. Harris' claim for total and permanent disability bene fits was allowed on December 13, 1929. The insurance of *900. provides 60 monthly installments of *16.20 each which were commenced effective December 2, 1929 and will be paid during the existence of total disability. Thus far, the insured has received 13 monthly installments of V16.20 each. If death should occur at this time, the beneficiary named in the policy would receive approximately v728.50.
