Certain points of outstanding significance in the yearly- figures may be cited as followst 1. An increase by 12* over 1981 in. literature distributed. 2. A decrease in the volwe and cost of nursing (see charts - on page 2) as follower a. Total number of cases by 2.6*. b. Total number of visits by 5*. c. Total cost by 8*, indicating a greater decrease in cost than in visits or cases. d. Cost per visit from $.940 to $.915. S. while the number of motion picture showings was slightly less than 1951, yet the total reported attendance increased by 58*. 4. The total number of epidemic and other campaigns of all types decreased by 27* -- partly a reflection of the excellent health conditions in 1952. 5. Exhibits increased by 55*, largely resulting from the substitution of window adhibits for the larger and more costly county fair and similar displays. 6. Correspondence with educators and school authorities increased by 18*.
