ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE HEAT EXCHANGER SERVICE
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 5, 1973
BARNARD AND BURK, INC. PROPOSAL NO. 7573 ADDENDUM NO. 1
DATED APRIL 11, 1973
1. Construction Equipment Rental Rates will be Eighty Percent (80%) of Associated Equipment Distributors (A.E.D.) rates.
2. Construction Equipment Rental Rates for multiple shifts will be Forty Percent (40%) of rental rates. In other words. Thirty-two Percent (32%) of A.E.D. rates on all shifts successively following day shifts.
3. Maintenance, fuel and lubrication of construction equipment will be invoiced to Owner at actual cost to Contractor.
4. Third party equipment rental will be invoiced to owner at actual cost to Contractor.
5. Owner will pay Contractor Three Percent (3%) fee on subcontracted electrical work handled by Contractor.
6., Owner will reimburse Contractor for loading, unloading and transportation costs, permits, etc., for moving of equipment to and from Contractor's Home Office yard.
