Also, the "Request for Field Test of Experimental Products" is a notification to P,Vo & L,, Laboratories, that the product is being offered to the Sales Department, and that information on the formula tion is attached or will be forthcoming, to all P,,V0 & L Laboratories from the Developing Laboratory0 Up FORM: A0 The "Request for Field Test of Experimental Products", will be prepared by the Developing Laboratory and will follow in general the form of the Technical Data Sheet (R & P #187, August 11, 1?5U) for content, descrip tion, precautionso Bp To distinguish one "Request" from another, each Field Test may be given an identifying number by the Developing Laboratory0 Co There will be prepared by the issuing Development Laboratory;- A set of instructions for application of Experimental Producto A list of questions or check list of properties or pei>fomance to be checked and observed during the Field Testo- The Sales Department will be responsible for the return of the questions to this part of the questionnaire, to the Laboratorye Hip REVIEW AND APPROVAL: The "Request for Field Test of Experimental Products" will be approved by the PoV. & Lo Director of Development before it is submitted to the Sales Department or Departments and distributed to selected Sales Offices, 0007-SWP-0059271 N15593.01 R & P #21U -contJd<=> 17.
