External Meeting Request Form.docx
Thank you, Jayme and Maddy.
I am forwarding the form to Neal Carlton, TXOGA's Director of Membership, and have cc'd Mari Ruckel, our VP for Government Affairs, and Kristen Fuchs. Neal will ensure the form is completed and returned today. We previously sent a letter with all the details and I suggest Neal attach with this document of yours.
TXOGA is the state's oldest and largest trade association representing every facet of oil and gas including upstream, midstream and downstream. All sectors would benefit greatly from Administrator Pruitt being able to attend and are hopeful it aligns with his schedule. Our nation's largest operators will be in attendance along with smaller regional and Texas companies. It is really a good mix and is an important gathering worthy of the Administrator's time.
We are needing to finalize our agenda for printing purposes. Do you think it possible we could get a decision this week?
This is the largest of our annual events and really the best one to attend. Should the Administrator need a different venue, we can certainly arrange one to fit his schedule and build attendance associated with it but this one is the most prominent.

Jayme,
Thank you very much for the follow up. Yes, I did receive your email and I am so sorry to have not let you know. We've been on the road since I spoke to you but this is certainly something in which

the Administrator would be interested in participating. I have copied his scheduler, Maddy Morris, on this email as she would be glad to work with you to determine the best fit.
You had mentioned that if we could not make October 2o work then there may be another opportunity to spend time with your folks. Could you kindly let us know what those opportunities might be?
Additionally, we always welcome suggestions with regards to our ongoing outreach to stakeholders and other groups. We are hopeful to spend some time in Texas in the near future.
Thank you, Millan

Millan,
Thanks for visiting with me about the possibility of getting your boss to Houston for TXOGA's annual meeting! I've forwarded the email below with a link to TXOGA so you can see more of the details. I confirmed that there will be 250-300 at the luncheon, which is the keynote and preferred time slot for him to speak on October 20. Of course, they would happily rearrange the schedule to accommodate him, if another time that day is a better fit. Also, there is a dinner the night before that we could make work; however, that will be a smaller crowd. The attendees are high level oil/gas folks, including several CEOs and Texas elected officials. Past speakers have included both Presidents and Laura Bush, Rudy Giuliani, Alan Greenspan, to name a few.
Other speakers on this year's program are CEOs of Pioneer and Enterprise Products. Other companies in The Woodlands are Anadarko and Exxon Mobil and I wouldn't be surprised if those CEOs don't also show up, if Scott is on the agenda. I can also get you the heads of government affairs at any of the companies that could schedule private

meetings with their CEOs, if he has a desire for any meetings of those kind. I used to work for Shell and I'm happy to facilitate a meeting there with CEO Bruce Culpepper, if he has any interest.
I've attached the original letter from TXOGA CEO Todd Staples, as well. Let me know if you have any questions, or feel free to get in touch with Todd directly. Thanks for your help and I hope to meet you sometime soon!
Jayme
