Next week, during a scheduled 120 type run in the homo polymer plant, the evaluation of PPG monomer will begin. The following is the proposed program agreed upon by Prod uction and Process Engineering to complete the PPG evalua tion.
1. During a- scheduled 150, 10R run directly before a 120 run, charge batches using monomer from #1 stor
age tank for homopolymer batches and #3 storage tank
for copolymer and plastisol batches.
2. When #1 and #3 are empty, isolate them and charge batches only from #2 and #4. (Please use special value arrangement to isolate tank, see attached sheet we want to insure that no cross-contamination occurs)
3* Pill #1 and #5 storage tanks with PPG monomer.
4. Charge the 120 batches from #1 storage tank only. The #2 storage tank will be isolated as per attached sketch.
5* After 18 to 24 hours of charging homopolymer batches with PPG monomer, the kinetics and resin properties will be evaluated. If they are found to be accept able, the copolymer and plastisol plants will start charging PPG monomer.
6. When a 315 type batch is charged in the copolymer plant, resin samples with and without soda-ash will be taken and evaluated for light absorbance and heat stability. This was done in the Allied evaluation.

7- PPG monomer will be charged until it is depleted.
All lots charged with PPG monomer will be evaluated for kinetics and resin properties. I will keep you informed of any changes that occur in our plans.
