Sanborn visited the WN Operating, Inc. oil and gas facility located at latitude 35.723453 and longitude -95.815242 near Beggs, Oklahoma on 12/03/2019 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of WN Operating, Inc. present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility is known as the Anicker tank battery north of Morris, Oklahoma. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed during the inspection that the tank battery had been moved and there were new berms installed on the secondary containment area. The battery was moved southwest away from the nearby creek. I observed minor fluid buildup in the pit of the secondary containment area. I observed that a siphon hose had been used recently in northeast corner of the pit. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN Fluids were disposed of improperly from the pit and there were fluids in the pit during the inspection.
