In the broad summer 2020 consultation we received a load of information (including very many attachments & position papers). In this round we are looking for to the point (publicly available / verifiable) data in case data is challenged. As there is a very tight time schedule, and we already received many documents from the summer 2020 consultation, we decided to keep the number of characters limited with no attachment upload possibility for this consultation. In case there are comments on the summary reports you could send this via the functional mailbox (see cc.). In all cases verifiable comments / data is crucial at this stage. Regarding different legal entities: There is no need to upload information per legal entity. The European scope is key. Different Member States handle different topics and we'll divide feedback among Member States, in case necessary.
