Minutes of a meeting of the Executive Gonrolttee of The Glidden Conpafcy, held at 10 o'clock A.U* on Friday, April 20th, 1928, at the office of the company. The meeting was presided over by Ur. Adrian D* Joyce, President, and Mr. fi. H Eorshurgh recorded the minutes as Secretary. The following members of the Coonlttee were present: Adrien D. Joyce 0. A. Basse R. W. Levenhagen B. K. Horshurgh The r b etiug was called for the purpose of giving consideration to the purchase of Corroding Lead for our Euston Lead plant. Some Pry Lead has been sold by the Euston Lead Company for future delivery based on the present markets and it was felt that the present market on Pig Lead suitable for eorrodlng of $6.23 offered an opportune time for us to protect ourselves and to cover ourselves on extra supplies for the rest of the fiscal year ending October 31st. It was therefore decided to buy up to the end of the fiscal year as we can to the extent of not over two hundred tons per month at the price mentioned, this to supplement the partial coverage of our requirements which we had already contracted for up to July let. There being no further business to come before the meeting it was on motion duly made md seconded, adjourned. Secretary.
