As ve have scales in our plant, and always have weighed the 17,000 series cars in and out, we propose to continue this practice with the smaller cars, A check weighing of some of the cars during the fall of this year taay be desirable. We can discuss it at that time. During earlier correspondence with Mr. Roland, we had proposed the use of a turbine meter for measuring the amount of product loaded. In order to conserve capital and maintenance dollars, we will continue weighing the full cars In the Houston freight yard as they are dispatched to the train nake-up tracks.
