Wayne Burden, Fred Jennewein and Reid Robbins all the cancer cases you identify are entered in the Medical Surveillance System with proper diagnostic codes. The first three exceptions were diagnosed and died or cured prior to 1977 when the Medical Surveillance System began. They were probably included in University of Louisville studies which identified no problem in the diagnostic areas identified on these people. Reid Robbins has not yet appeared in the system, but will probably do so in the near future. We have run cancer mortality and morbidity studies annually since 1978, for the years 1977 through 1989. We have seen no cancer trends or excesses at the Louisville plant, except for liver cancer, due to angiocarcinoma of the liver.
