For overtime (3 time S one-half, add $3.00/M.H, For overtime (3 double time, add $6.00/M.H. For pipe work performed by pipefitters in Berry Industrial Piping Shop------------------------------------------------------------------------ $15.00 /M.H. For overtime (3 time & one-half, add $4.35/M.H. /^.3-5~ For overtimed double time, add $8.75/M.H. The above rates are your cost for each manhour worked, and include all cos^ts for equipment, building and facilities, utilities, tools, taxes and insurance, oxygen and acetylene, carbon steel weld rod, overhead and profit. Your total cost for shop 'work performed would simply be the actual applicable manhours worked times the rates quoted above. For any subcontract work or materials which you request we procure in connection with force account work performed for you, your cost will be our cost plus 107, markup for overhead and profit. For any materials which there is a cash discount available, if we receive payment for such materials in sufficient time to earn the cash discount, this cash discount will be passed on to you.
