I shall be in Cincinnati (aside from a few days of unavoidable absence) throughout August, and I shall certainly be happy to have you visit me and ray associates. If you will telephone me - Avon 1-2568, Extension 301 - 302 - shortly after your arrival at your hotel, we shall get together soon thereafter. It is likely that I shall meet you at the Airport, but I cannot be sure that that will be possible. If I fail to meet you, you had best take the air-port limousine to down-town Cincinnati and then take a taxicab to The Vernon-Manor Hotel, where we have engaged a room for you. This hotel is in the suburban part of Cincinnati and is near the Laboratory. We thought it would be more convenient for you than any of the down-town hotels.
