Inspection Summary - Inspector Comments and Findings
Inspector provided copies of Small Entity Compliance Guide to Renovate Right booklet and the Renovate Right pamphlet.
Inspector reviewed RRP Rule requirements with company representative, Jack Drury.
Inspector informed company representative that certification had expired. Subsequent to inspection company representative provided documentation that application had been submitted for company recertification. Search of the certificate database showed certification issued to Servpro of Pueblo (NAT-28103-3, expires March 31, 2028)
Company representative provided renovator certifications for Jack Drury (R-R-73237-22-00001, expires 1/19/2025).
Inspector has not identified specific projects subject to the RRP Rule. Inspector asked if company conducts projects subject to the RRP Rule. Jack Drury stated that company does projects subject to the RRP Rule. Inspector requested project records from Jack Drury demonstrating compliance with the RRP rule. Jack Drury has not provided any project records demonstrating compliance with the RRP Rule for any jobs sites.
