Minutes of Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of National Lead Company held at No. Ill Broadway, New York City, on 1'hursday, way 22, 1930, at 10 o'clock A. M.
Present; Messrs. Beale, Beschorman, ^rodrick, Carter, Cornish,
Croft, Field, Rockwell, Bidford, Taylor and Thompson.
Absent; Messrs. Carpenter, Caselton, Dorsey and McCarty.
Present by invitation; Messrs. Dail, Greene and Merrick.
The minutes of the regular and annual meetings held April 17,
1930, were read and duly approved.
On separate motions the following resolutions were each
unanimously adopted, the roll being called where the expenditure
of money was involved.
RESOLVED, that the following actions of

Ltd., for the purchase of new
equipment.for its Toronto Brass
Foundry and for the installation
therein of brass foundry equipment
of The Canada Metal Company, Ltd.
do $31,560.00 by Hoyt wetal Company of Canada, Ltd., for sundry items of con struction and installation at its Toronto Plant.
Appropriating
$ 7,000.00 for necessary repairs to monorail crane trestle at Jewett Works, Atlantic Branch.

617.49 for repairs to sewer, Buffalo Branch.

by National Lead Company of California, in addition to turn-in value of old car replaced, for the purchase of a Buick two-door sedan for salesman.
