SUBCONTRACT TERMS SUBCONTRACT NO. 27-4207-8041 1.0 JOBSITE LOCATION The jobsite is at the Ethyl Corporation Plant, Pasadena, Texas. 2.0 THE SUBLET WORK 2.1 Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, super- . vision, insurance, taxes, and incidentals necessary to fireproof miscella- . neous structural steel at the above referenced location. 22 The Sublet Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Sub- . contract Documents and under the direction of the General Contractor's Job Superintendent or his duly authorized representative. 3.0 DRAWINGS AND-SPECIFICATIONS The Sublet Work shall be performed in strict accordance with General Contractor's and Owner's applicable drawings and specifications. 3.1 Specifications Fireproofing shall be 3/10" of Chartek 59. ii'.0 SUBCONTRACT PRICE ; 4.1 General Contractor agrees to pay Subcontractor for complete, satisfactory and timely performance of the Sublet Work in strict accordance with all provisions of the Subcontract Documents, including all .applicable sales' and use taxes, the total firm lump sum price ........$ 30,950.00. 5.0 TIME OF PERFORMANCE 5.1 Subcontractor shall perform the Sublet Work in accordance with the schedule of the General Contractor's Job Superintendent or his duly authorized representative. Currently, Subcontractor is scheduled to commence Sublet Work on November 10, 19S2 and to perform the work in a diligent manner until all aspects of. the Sublet W'ork are completed on or about November 23, 1982. 00003 Brown TRoaLlrc. SUBCONTRACT NO. 27-4207-80^1 5.0 TIME OF PERFORMANCE (continued) 5.2 Subcontractor shall maintain contact with General Contractor's Dob Superintendent to coordinate schedule changes in accordance with General Condition No. 4. 6.0 DELIVERY OF MATERIALS Subcontractor shall coordinate delivery of materials to jobsite with General Contractor's Schedule. 7.0 TERMS OF PAYMENT 7.1 Payment shall be made when the Sublet Work has been satisfactorily com pleted and accepted and Subcontractor has submitted an .affidavit in form prescribed by General Contractor providing proof of payment of all bills for labor and materials and a satisfactory release of all claims against General Contractor and Owner. 12 Affidavits- Two copies of the General Contractor's "Affidavit for Subcontractor" (Form P-7) are attached. Subcontractor shall execute and return one copy with the final or retainage invoice. 73 Invoices- Subcontractor shall submit invoices in quadruplicate to the following address: Brown & Root, Inc. 209 N Main Pasadena, Tx 77506-1398-. 8^0 INSURANCE CERTIFICATES The insurance coverage requirement shall be in strict accordance ith Paragraph No. 21 of the General Conditions. Subcontractor must have copies of its current Insurance Certificates in General Contractor's possession before commencement of any work at the project site. Renewed Insurance Certificates are to be mailed to General Contractor no. later than two (2) weeks prior to expiration date of latest certificate on file.
