Dear Mr. Stewart:
This is to notify you, as required by 40 Union Carbide Corporation, Old Ridgebury Road, 06817, as owner, plans to engage in renovation described below:
CFR 61.146, that Danbury, Connecticut activities as
Insulation will be removed from the fluid bed dryer at Bldg. 121, in the plant at 3301 5th Avenue South, Texas City, TX 77590. Approximately, 400 square feet of insulation is involved and the equipment is 20 years old.
Removal of the insulation is scheduled 26, 1985, with completion by Sept. 30, 1985. employed in the handling and disposal of the conform to the requirements in 40 CFR 61.147
