This tool allows the States and Industry to walk through the very complex rules with a few fairy easy questions and then at the end you get a PDF of what you are subject to. Some are simply a few paragraphs some are a few pages some bit more. But this is a lot better than going through the rule line by line for every source (this is what we have to do to develop the checklist).
