Hey Jim,
EPA's REG Nav is an awesome tool. Unfortunately it is only for 3 rules. This tool allows the States and Industry to walk through the very complex rules with a few fairy easy questions and then at the end you get a PDF of what you are subject to. Some are simply a few paragraphs some are a few pages some bit more. But this is a lot better than going through the rule line by line for every source (this is what we have to do to develop the checklist). I put the link in this email for you to try it. it pretty handy. We just need more of them
