As alr eady st a t e d , th e examin ation by Dr. W ilkinson i s not su ffic ie n t ly exten sive t o eit h er corroborate or deny lead poison in g in t h is case .

Age 45;
He complains o f headache one hour a ft e r st a r t in g work every day. I t exten ds from th e foreh ead to th e back o f th e head, also a c ir c u la r band a l l around the
head la st in g most o f th e day and does not occur th e days he does not go to work. Also cramps in the abdomen most ly at n igh t follow ed by diarrh oea.
Urine - normal.
: Heart - no murmurs.

Muscular tremor o f fin ge r s,
Thryoid i s sligh t ly en larged.
