We don't keep a tally of for/against. Transcripts of the hearing will be put in the docket for the proposed action. It can take several weeks before those are completed. No additional hearings have been scheduled at this time. Written statements and supporting information submitted during the comment period will be considered with the same weight as any oral comments and supporting information presented at the public hearing. Written comments on the proposed rule may be submitted to the EPA electronically, by mail, by facsimile or through hand delivery/courier. Please refer to the proposal (82 FR 48035) for the addresses and detailed instructions. The period for providing comments to the EPA will remain open until January 16. 2018.
