KNOX, JR., oitizena of the United States and residents respectively of Hammond, County of Lake, State of Indiana, Gary, County of Lake, State of Indiana, and Hammond, County of Lake, state of Indiana, have invented certain new and useful improvements in S': METHOD OF PROOTCINO WHITE LEAD for which we have executed an application for Letters Patent of XT'-'-*--* States, of even date herewith; and WHEREAS, INTERNATIONAL SMELTING AND REFINING COMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Montana and having a plaoe of business at East Chicago, County of Lake, State of Indiana, is desirous of obtaining the entire right, title and interest in, to and under the said improvements and the said application: NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One (#1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the reoeipt of whioh is hereby acknowledged, we, the said GUNNARD E. JOHNSON, REGINALD G. BOWMAN and WILLIAM J.
