M Y. s. m z* ms Replying to your letter dated June 17th, wherein you stated that the warning stickers were never supplied by your company, and as suggested in your letter, I was able to run down and obtain the following information to enable you to check this further with your Purchasing Div ision. We had forwarded to you in November of 1955 our Purchase Order #637 calling for 2,000-25# Size, 1,000-50# Size, 3,000-100# Size. These labels are the standard labels that we attach to your package and with the abovementioned order, we had requested a supply of the warning label to also be included, and submitted a sample at that time. The larger labels or standard label was received by us here during the first part of December 1955, with the nota tion that the small warning label would be forthcoming. On December 12, 1955, we received a telegram advising that the small warning label would be shipped on December 15, 1955 and the telegram was signed by R. W. Patzwahl, Purchasing Department. To assist you we are attaching herewith the label in question and the quantity we presume you will again ship, will be the same as the last order or approximately 5,000 pieces.
