Skavlem and Dr, William Preyhof. You have agreed to have Mr. Wheeler submit to this second physical examination on Thursday, September 27, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, and the Railway Company agrees that if this claim is reduced to suit and goes to trial it will only call as witnesses any two .of the four above named physicians.
