Miringoff E> Schwartz ^File A project is underway to evaluate all process emissions from the var ious plants in Burlington. Each emission source is to be sampled. Many of these streams have to be evaluated for more than one product, significantly extending the program. As of the above date, 103 samples have been taken and analyzed. Only an other 20 or 30 samples will be needed to compile enough data to evaluate the impact of each emission. Presently a summary is being prepared evaluating all vapor streams in the homopolymer and copolymer areas. This analysis will be available next week. Shortly thereafter I will begin to evaluate the various streams in the Plastisol Plants. The total summary of VCM emissions should be complete by November 15, 1975. The next task would then be to prepare a design basis for meeting future ''proposed" EPA regulations.
