Hi Christian! We are confirmed for 9am on May 23rd. Do you mind sending me the the list of participants when you have a moment (you can add to the list until the day before). And we just need to know what size bus and license plate number but if we're unable to get it in advance that's okay -- just email it to us that morning. Thank you!

Hi Leila,
Thank you again for all your help with scheduling our meeting with Secretary Bernhardt. I can't tell you how much we appreciate it.
We do plan to arrive by bus and expect to arrive between 8:05-8:20 am on May 23. I have sent over a preliminary list of attendees and I will resend that list if there are any updates. We are still waiting to hear back from the BLM and OSMRE regarding two final speakers, but plan to depart from the DOI via bus at 11:15 am. We are asking that the bus arrive at approximately 11:00 am.
Do you need the bus ID or license plate info or anything like that?
Is there anything else you will need for the moment?
Thank you again for all you do
Thank you,

This is such great news! We will get you this information over to you as soon as possible and I am so glad it works for Margaret to meet with us at DOI.
I feel that I should know the answer to my questions, but what other agencies are housed in the DOI building? I've reached out to the BLM and others and am thinking we should try to make the most of our time while we are at the DOI.
Thank you all for your assistance and your kindness in helping up have a super productive day of meetings! I can't tell you how much we appreciate it!
Thank you,

Hi Christian!
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me this morning. Secretay Bernhardt is looking forward to speaking to your group on Thursday, May 23rd at 9:30am. I've also confirmed with Roslyn Sellars (cc'd on this email) that Margaret will speak to the group at 10am.
Please have the group arrive via our main entrance on C Street -- 1849 C Street NW, Washington, DC 20240 (not E Street which is an employee only entrance).
Will anyone need parking? If yes, I would need the car make, model, tag number and state no later than the day before the meeting. We'll use yellow cones to reserve a parking spot directly in front of our building main entrance.
We'll have a member of our staff greet the group in the lobby to escort them directly to the Secretary's conference room.
When you have a moment, can you please send me the list of meeting participants (name, title, and company). Please note, we have a new strict policy for all meeting participants we need to know their name, title and affiliation at least one business day before the meeting. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept any changes to participants regardless of circumstance on the day of the meeting. I appreciate your understanding.
Thank you! Leila
