' Their efforts and cooperation were outstanding during this period. Over 3500 buckets of scale were removed from the vessel as operations progressed. I feel that at least 2 days of ships time was saved due to the crews efficiency. On behalf of the crew I would also like to thank you for your cooperation in supplying the Lexington with Gator Ade. In addition to providing needed refreshment, it boosted the crews moral beyond expectations.
