We are a party defendant in a common law asbestosis suit brought in Texas. The plaintiff has interposed some 82 interrogatories, one of which reads as follows:
"Do you agree that the State of Ohio had a Work men's Compensation Law covering the occupational disease of asbestosis beginning in the year 1939?"
