Webe r John, if you decide to answer- the referenced letter, here are a couple of throw-ins: 1. All PCD production was halted by Monsanto in duly 1977. Prior to that Monsanto incinerated waste products from the manufacturing process at the W. G. Krumrnrich Plant site. Monsanto has never shipped PCBs for disposal at the Earthline site in Wilsonville; although in 1977 we recovered 1,500 empty steel drums that had once contained PCB from a drum processor who was going out of business and sent them to Earthlino to insure proper disposal. 2. The Earthline site at Wilsonville, 111., receives no waste material, of any kind from the Monsanto manufacturing process of trichloroisocyanuric acid.
