Dear Dr. IIshoe;
le are fourth year students at the Harvard Medical School
in the process of writing a public - health survey of Akron. Cur
assignment includes a detailed discussion of the methods which
would be applied in this area to the diagnosis and treatment of
three selected theoretical coses. One of these concerns a painter
who develops the signs and symptoms of lead intoxication while
painting a bridge for the State of Chic.
We have spoken to Dr. Rex Nilson of the B.H. Goodrich Co.
and Dr. l.C. Hatch of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. regarding
the handling of these coses. Much has stated that he would consult
you about the diagnosis and latest methods of treatment, and,
has recommended that we contact you for similar information.
We would be deeply grateful for any information you could
send us, particularly with reference to the use of Vorsene.
Thank you very nuch for your consideration,
Very Sincerely yours,
OshrzPoj--
