This standard trill require modification of our present operation to reduce the emission of vinyl chloride into the air. I am requesting the assistance of Central Engineering in the engineering, ami paw ning of the EPA projects for the Ashtabula plant. Included in our presmst plan* nlng are the following: 1. An incinerator to reduce the vent gases to less than 10 ppm. 2. A water stripper to reduce the waste process water to less than 10 ppm*. . 3. A purge system for our compressor seals.
