For instance, . ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ' B p a t a i h i n g asbestos raw material were punctured and left the A/C workers wore their street dresses (uot the special clothing, such as coveralls or similar whole body work clothes) while working (this will carry the asbestos fibers to their hoses and cause asbestos contamination); asbestos dust was found everywhere around the area; and even the survey person's equipments were contaminated by those asbestos fibers. Furthermore, the industrial hygienists have clearly expressed that they will not enter your facility for October's comprehensive survey if the areas involved have not been cleaned-up. I would like to call your IMMEDIATE ATTENTION to this matter. Take your IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION to greatly improve the housekeeping in the A/C operation areas. All external surfaces in areas involved shall be maintained free of accumulations of asbestos fibers if, with their dispersion, there would be an excessive concentration.
