Vol. 40, No. 29, February 11, 1975. No substantive changes were made from the proposed regulations except the format was changed for clarification. The regulation specifically addresses the following subcateguries: Asbestos-Cement Pipe, Asbestos Cement-Sheet, Asbestos Paper (starch binder), Asbestos Paper (elastomeric binder), Asbestos Millboard, Asbestos Roofing, and Asbestos Floor Tile. No limitations are imposed on the industry in regard to the pH and total suspended solids pollutant properties in the AsbestosCement Pipe and Sheets, Asbestos Paper with starch and elastomeric binders, and Asbestos Millboard subcategories. In addition, no limitations are imposed on the industry An -regard to pH, chemical oxygen demand and total suspended solids pollutant properties in the Asbestos Roofing and Asbestos Floor Tile subcategories.
