Two accidental releases of vinyl chloride, each less than five pounds, were reported to the Superfund Hotline, Washington, D. C. Control Device (incineration. Island Powerhouse): The contin uous monitor results show that the vinyl chloride concentration in the vent from the control device was well below the 10 ppm limit throughout the six-month reporting period.
