I am writing to renew our request for a meeting with Administrator Pruitt. As you recall, the last time he was in town from Houston the Administrator was out of town. We hoped he might be in DC and available for just a brief meet and greet with President Harry Pefanis on Tuesday, October 24th anytime from 2:30 to 4:30. I know he is very busy Plains was founded by CEO Greg Armstrong and President Harry Pefanis in Oklahoma City, both Oklahoma natives. Now headquartered in Houston, it has become one of the largest interstate pipelines in North America and with one of the largest presence at Cushing, Oklahoma.
