Hi Hannah,
I know this might be a stretch, but we have a constituent in our district, l(b)(6)
Iwho is
trying to have his CDL reinstated . He got his license while in the military, and it expired while he
was taking care of his wife who became very sick. It's my understanding that he has taken the
tests a few times and has been unsuccessful. Are there any other avenues for him? I keep
encouraging him to take the tests again but he's obviously discouraged. I have also attached a
PRF. Let me know if you have any questions!
